Kolkata and Ahmedabad will host the IPL play-offs

The playoff round of the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022 will be played in Kolkata and Ahmedabad, it was announced after a meeting of the Apex Council of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI).

According to the details, Qualifier 1 and Eliminator will be held at Eden Gardens, Kolkata on May 24 and 25, while Eliminator 2 and Final will be held on May 27 and 29 at Narendra Modi Stadium, Ahmedabad.

BCCI President Soro Ganguly said that as far as the knockout stage matches of the IPL are concerned, they will be held in Kolkata and Ahmedabad, which will be played after the end of the league stage on May 22. 100% attendance will be allowed for the matches.
